Since 2024, the WIESBADEN RHEINGAU destination has been certified by TourCert. With this certification, it commits to continuously improving its performance in the areas of environmental protection, fair working conditions, guest information, human rights, and fair business practices.
In doing so, social, environmental, and economic aspects are systematically incorporated into the destination’s tourism development.
Our sustainability efforts were reviewed by independent auditors in 2024 and confirmed by a commission of experts. Together with Taunus Touristik Service and the RheinTaunus Nature Park, we are building a network of partners that promotes close collaboration for the sustainable development of the region.
The focus is on a continuous improvement process. This encompasses, among other things, product and service quality, regional value creation, guest-oriented service, responsible use of resources, accessible offerings, and sustainable mobility solutions. The TourCert certification helps us regularly review our progress and continuously refine our initiatives.
