The Nannys evoke the spirit of the 1950s—with their rock ’n’ roll and swing renditions of well-known rock and pop hits, paired with fresh takes on classics from the jukebox of the economic miracle era, their debut album “Baby on Board” will get even the most reluctant dancer moving. 

With a mix of current hits and timeless classics, the band tailors its setlist individually for each show—danceable, surprising, and spot-on.

With great attention to detail, the band captures the spirit of the Woodstock generation. In addition to global hits like “Black Magic Woman,” “Jingo,” and “Oye Como Va,” they also perform rarely heard gems such as “Flor de Canela,” “Dance Sister Dance,” and “Gitano”—
the latter authentically accompanied by a flamenco guitar.

Thoré is a DJ and producer with roots in the vinyl culture of the 1990s. His sets blend a variety of sounds and styles—from organic house to melodic house and progressive house. They are crafted to take his listeners on a journey through different moods and grooves, while remaining exciting and dynamic for him as well.

With their unique blend of styles, the four musicians—Marvin, Elias, Julius, and David—have set a new trend in rock music. Formed in 2022, the band has quickly built up a loyal fan base in Hesse and beyond.
